Shipping and Return Policy

Bellefixe is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $25 via USPS First Class. All US orders under $25 will be charged a $5.95 flat rate shipping fee.

We process and ship orders from our Pennsylvania offices Monday through Friday 9am EST-3pm EST, excluding national holidays. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Bellefixe will guarantee Christmas Delivery on all orders placed before 11:59pm EST on December 15, 2021. For orders placed after that time we will do our best to fulfill within 1-2 business days, but cannot guarantee delivery on time via USPS. If you would like to pay additional for expedited delivery via UPS please e-mail customerservice@bellefixe.com for assistance.

We offer FREE returns for eligible it. We are pleased to offer returns thru January 31, 2022 for all purchases made 11/1-12/31. If you are unsatisfied with your order in any way simply e-mail customerservice@bellefixe.com to start your return. The returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in the complete original packaging (gift box does not need to be returned). We are NOT responsible for lost return packages, and recommend that you personally insure and track your packages.

You will receive an email notification from Bellefixe once your return has been processed completely. Please allow up to 30 days for your package to arrive and to refund your original form of payment.

We are unable to refund any original shipping charges, if applicable.
